Ford Ireland is bringing back its popular Drive for your Community campaign for a second consecutive year, once again teaming up with Irish Guide Dogs to raise critical funds through nationwide test-drive events.
The initiative invites motorists to visit participating dealerships and test-drive new Ford models, with Ford donating 30 euros to the charity for every valid test drive completed, aiming for a maximum of 6,000 euros per event location.

The nationwide events run through mid-October across counties including Galway, Mayo, Dublin, and Cork, giving prospective buyers an opportunity to experience Ford's latest electric lineup, including the Explorer, Capri, and Puma Gen-E.
Expanding Nationwide Support for Life-Changing Services
Irish Guide Dogs relies heavily on public contributions, depending on community support for 85 percent of its overall funding to deliver vital services for vision-impaired individuals and families of children with autism.
"Last year, our customers and dealer partners helped raise more than 26,000 euros for Irish Guide Dogs, and this year we're aiming to build on that success with even more events taking place across the country," noted John Manning, Managing Director of Ford Ireland.
Each participating event location is structured to accommodate up to 200 test drives, allowing local communities to maximize their fundraising contributions while exploring sustainable mobility options.
