Stelato operates as a high-end car brand established jointly by Huawei and BAIC in 2024. The brand previously introduced the S9 sedan and the S9T station wagon to the domestic market.
Market records show the brand delivered 21,044 cars to clients across China during the first half of 2026. BAIC brings its extensive manufacturing background in off-road vehicles to this collaborative project.
Sales operations for the new model occur through Huawei's Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance network. This sales platform also distributes vehicles for partner brands like Aito and Luxeed.
Dimensions And Exterior Styling
Design elements include circular headlamps integrated into vertical blocks alongside semi-hidden door handles and 22-inch rims. The monocoque crossover measures 5,206 mm in length with a 3,160 mm wheelbase.
Exterior equipment features Huawei's Xpixel headlights and an 892-line LiDAR sensor mounted on the roof. The vehicle supports a maximum towing capacity of 2,000 kg and provides a wading depth of 900 mm.
Interior Layout And Powertrain Options
Cabin layouts accommodate either five or six passenger seats across multiple rows. The six-seat variant provides second-row amenities including massage, ventilation, heating, and power leg rests.
The extended-range model combines a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine with a 75 kWh battery for 405 km of electric range. Meanwhile, the battery-electric version utilizes a 120 kWh pack to achieve 728 km of CLTC range.
