Home Depot CEO Ted Decker will return from a medical leave of absence within the next few months.
Interim Executive Leadership Team
Senior Executive Vice President Ann-Marie Campbell will oversee Home Depot’s day-to-day operations during the leave. Chief Financial Officer Richard McPhail will manage financial operations and Pro subsidiaries.
Independent lead director Greg Brenneman will chair the board while Decker is away. Brenneman stated, 'We are confident in Ann-Marie's and Richard's ability to lead the company during this time.'
Campbell started her career at the company as a cashier in 1985. SEC filings show that no changes have been made to Executive compensation for assuming these temporary duties.

Home Depot operated 2,361 Retail stores at the end of its first quarter. The retailer also manages more than 1,280 SRS locations across North America.
