Target Launches Beauty Studio Concept After Ulta Partnership Ends

Target is introducing its new Beauty Studio concept across 600 stores following the conclusion of its shop-in-shop partnership with Ulta Beauty.

is rolling out a new specialty beauty concept called Beauty Studio to more than 600 stores nationwide. The initiative arrives directly after the conclusion of the retailer's shop-in-shop partnership with Ulta Beauty.

New Beauty Studio Features

The upcoming concept brings together more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige, emerging, and international brands. More than two-thirds of these featured brands are completely new to shoppers.

Stores will offer dedicated advisers, product testing, and personalized recommendations. Amanda Nusz stated, "It is an inspiring destination to discover what is new, now and next in ."

Expanded Product Assortment

The extensive product lineup spans skincare, makeup, haircare, and premium fragrances. is also introducing international names like Mexican brand SARELLY and French nail care brand Manucurist.

Participating locations will feature a central display that rotates several times a year. The retailer is also offering miniature products to give shoppers an affordable way to test items.

Loyalty Integration And Growth

connects the new concept to its Circle loyalty program through exclusive offers and rewards. The first 100 guests at a September 26 promotional event will receive bonus credit.

Company officials emphasize that these merchandise investments form part of a broader strategy to return to growth. Existing aisles will remain alongside the new elevated studio displays.
