Performance and Fuel Economy Showdown

Under the hood, the Nissan Murano relies on a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, delivering 241 horsepower and solid torque.

However, testers noted that the Murano's transmission can sometimes feel confused during rapid throttle inputs, holding high revs longer than expected in everyday driving conditions.
