Josh Allen and New Era Bring Back Billustration Initiative
Josh Allen and New Era are bringing back the Billustration initiative for the 2026 season, raising funds for the Golisano Children's Hospital in Buffalo.

Expanding the Charity Hat Project
Last season, the initial "Billustration" campaign successfully raised $140,230 for the Patricia Allen Fund at GCH Buffalo. The upcoming iteration introduces a major retail twist that allows fans to purchase all eight unique hat designs. Allen will continue showcasing the caps during his tunnel walks before home games.
Danielle Koch stated, "One of the most special parts of Billustration is seeing the kids’ creativity come to life and learning where their inspiration comes from." She noted that the initiative unites the local Community in support of patients and families.
Creative Designs by Hospital Patients
Each cap transforms the personal passions and favorite memories of participating children into wearable art. Nine talented young artists contributed creative concepts to this year's lineup of exclusive hats. The collaborative effort highlights the imagination and perspective of each child.
Stephen Turkovich stated, "Donations like this help ensure we can enhance equipment and support crucial programs." The medical center uses these funds to provide vital care and resources for pediatric patients.
Josh Allen as Director of Billustration
Josh Allen serves as the official "Director of Billustration" under an expanded partnership with New Era. The role follows his historic appointment as the brand's first ambassador to receive an equity investment stake. He actively champions Community projects through this creative platform.
Proceeds from every single hat purchase directly benefit the Patricia Allen Fund at GCH Buffalo. Fans can match Allen's game-day style while simultaneously contributing to pediatric medical care.
